Insurance Carriers

If you request information about a specific insurance product or wish to apply for coverage, we may share relevant information with licensed insurance carriers. This sharing occurs only with your direct knowledge as part of the insurance consultation process you have initiated.

Service Providers

We work with trusted service providers who assist in operating our website and communications, including Microsoft Office 365 (scheduling and email), Twilio (SMS platform), Bluehost (website hosting), and Cloudflare (form security). These providers are bound to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us.

Advertising Platforms

We share limited website activity data with advertising platforms, including Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram), so that we can measure the performance of our advertising and reach people who may benefit from our services. This data consists of website activity such as pages viewed, buttons clicked, and forms submitted, together with technical identifiers such as IP address, browser type, and device information. Where an email address is provided to an advertising platform for measurement purposes, it is transmitted only in hashed (irreversible) form.

We never provide your mobile telephone number, or your text message consent status, to any advertising platform.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information when required by law, court order, or regulatory requirement.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information, including encrypted HTTPS communications, password-protected access to all systems, and limited access to personal information on a need-to-know basis.

While we take data security seriously, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure. If you believe your information has been compromised, please contact us immediately at kraig@kraigstrom.com.

6. Cookies and Tracking

kraigstrom.com uses essential cookies for basic website functionality and analytics cookies to understand aggregate visitor behavior.

We also use advertising technologies provided by advertising platforms, including the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram). These technologies place and read cookies in your browser and record activity on this website, such as pages viewed, buttons clicked, and forms submitted, so that we can measure whether our advertising is working and show our advertising to people who have visited this site.

Mobile information and text message opt-in data are never collected, used, or shared by these advertising technologies. Your telephone number is excluded from every advertising and measurement tool we use.

Bot protection. Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which runs invisibly in the background and requires no action from you. Turnstile collects limited technical information about your browser and network connection in order to tell human visitors apart from automated bots. Cloudflare does not use this information for advertising or for tracking you across other websites. For details, see Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum. Turnstile does not collect or receive your telephone number or your text message consent information.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. You can opt out of interest-based advertising through your settings on the advertising platform itself, or through industry tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page at optout.aboutads.info.
